I’m Rahul Vashi — a husband, a new father, a dog dad, and someone who genuinely believes that technology should make life easier, not more complicated. My career in IT has taken me through high‑pressure environments, major incidents, and large‑scale modernization projects, but the part that’s always mattered most to me is the people behind the systems. I’ve spent years supporting teams across North America, leading engineers, and guiding organizations through cloud migrations, cybersecurity challenges, and infrastructure upgrades. Those experiences shaped me into a calm, strategic problem‑solver who knows how to keep businesses running even when things get chaotic.
But my perspective isn’t just technical — it’s personal. I’ve been on the receiving end of IT decisions that didn’t make sense, support that wasn’t responsive, and solutions that didn’t fit the way people actually work. I’ve seen how downtime affects real employees, how confusing tools slow teams down, and how stressful it is when technology becomes a barrier instead of a backbone. That’s why I approach IT differently. I focus on clarity, empathy, and designing solutions that align with how a business truly operates. My goal is always to make technology feel stable, supportive, and invisible — the way good IT should.
Outside of work, I’m grounded by my family. My wife and our son remind me every day why reliability and balance matter. Our Alaskan Malamute keeps life fun and chaotic in the best way.
